Patheon R54 Release Notes


Patheon release 54 includes the following enhancements:

  • Sites can now manage time-based manual reload (TBMR) plans on Patheon Portal
  • Sites can now send customer receipts via email or text message directly from Patheon Portal. Sites can use this to help improve customer satisfaction, and improve the efficiency of responding, when a customer requests a receipt copy from a transaction. 
  • Sites can now enable/disable the ability for their customers to add vehicles to their plans directly from the EWA customer app. This provides greater control over plan management and ensures a more streamlined experience for both sites and customers. 
  • Insights 2.0 now features a Plan Usage dashboard that provides the following metrics related to plan usage for the selected site: plan redemption, plan wash stats, membership retention, customer details, low plan use, and high plan use. 
  • Insights 2.0 now features a Plan Analysis dashboard that provides statistics on active, churning, and suspended plans. This can help sites track the performance of different plans over time. 
  • Insights 2.0 now features a Member Analysis dashboard, which provides comprehensive information about members' usage of their wash plans, including the start date of the plan, last status date, customer plan ID, customer name, reload type, plan type, reload day of the month, plan start type, and current plan status. This enables staff to effectively track and analyze member-specific data for improved decision-making. 
  • Insights 2.0 now includes a Plan Reloads dashboard, offering information on reload overviews, reload comparisons, month-over-month reloads, and historical data. This information can help site managers to make informed decisions regarding inventory, promotions, and service improvements. 
  • Insights 2.0 now includes a Plan Churn dashboard, which provides information on plan churn. Sites can use it to analyze current member statuses, reload behavior, and contact details across locations.

Dashboards

A Plan Usage dashboard is now available

  • Staff can use the Plan Usage dashboard in Insights 2.0 to view the following metrics related to plan usage for the selected site: plan redemption, plan wash stats, membership retention, customer details, low plan use, and high plan use. 

A Plan Analysis dashboard is now available

  • Staff can utilize the Plan Analysis dashboard to view various plan-related statistics, including current, historical,  active, churning, and suspended plans. 

A Member Analysis dashboard is now available

  • The Member Analysis dashboard provides comprehensive information, including the start date of the plan, last status date, customer plan ID, customer name, reload type, plan type, reload day of the month, plan start type, and current plan status.
