Patheon R57 Release Notes
Patheon release 57 includes the following enhancements:
- Sites can now enable or disable a prompt requesting the billing zip code when selling a new plan, adding a new card on file, or when the billing zip code is missing from a stored card. This helps improve data accuracy and enhances security.
- Sites can now configure whether the 3-digit car number and barcode display on printed receipts for prepaid transactions. This can help streamline operational efficiency by allowing customers to quickly scan their receipt at the kiosk to finalize their transactions and enter the wash queue.
- Sites can now enable/disable auto-queuing for sale terminals that don't have a gate, and unqueued vehicles can then be viewed and managed from the wash queue panel. This can help improve operational efficiency.
- Vehicle images for plan purchases and redemptions are now viewable for a customer in Patheon Portal and at cashier terminals from the sales history panel. This can help staff quickly verify the correct vehicle during plan purchase and redemption.
- Organizations that use the transactional API can now accept tips and donations without requiring a purchase. This can help enhance the customer experience and increase revenue opportunities.
- Sites that provide refunds when a wash plan member terminates their plan, can now select and provide the refund to one of the customer's saved payment cards.
- The Redeem Now toggle on the Sales panel has been renamed to Add to queue. This can reduce errors by more clearly indicating what the function does.
- A Required field alert now appears in the tunnel panel on Patheon Portal for cancel option fields when left blank. This can help improve data accuracy and reduce processing delays.
- The EWA customer app now enables users to perform the following actions on a single page: update customer profile, update active plan payment card, add a vehicle to a plan, and change plan. This simplifies the user interface and provides customers with easier access.
- A Customer Details dialog now opens if an inactive plan member visits a members' (semi-attended) lane.

POS - Members Lane
A "Customer Details" dialog now opens if an inactive plan member visits the lane
