  • Staff can now view transaction details for status changes associated with a member's wash plan, from a cashier terminal or Patheon Portal. Sites can use this to assist with retention strategies.
  • Staff can now delete customer notes, from a cashier terminal or Patheon Portal. Sites can use this to maintain current, accurate information about their customers.
  • Staff can now view a wash plan member's initial plan enrollment sale, including terms and conditions, signature (if available), and vehicle photo (if available) from a cashier terminal or Patheon Portal. Sites can use this to simplify the audit process, and more easily comply with subscription regulations.
  • The Account Report and General Sales Report (GSR) now display tips and donations. Sites can use this to more easily track tip and donation amounts.
  • Patheon Portal now provides a clearer description for gate IP address configuration.
  • Wash plan members can now edit their vehicle details, from the EWA customer app. Sites can use this to improve the customer experience, and reduce the amount of time staff spend helping members update their vehicle information.
  • Staff can now edit a wash plan member's vehicle details, from a cashier terminal or Patheon Portal. Sites can use this to improve accuracy and wash plan support efficiency.
  • A Password reset required prompt now appears if staff attempt to log in to the Patheon Portal or cashier application with an expired password.
  • Staff can now view whether vehicle auto-queuing is enabled or disabled directly from the wash queue panel. Sites can use this to improve operational efficiency by reducing delays and confusion at the tunnel entrance.
