Patheon R42 Release Notes

Patheon release 42 includes the following enhancements:

  • Patheon now supports the ability to email and/or text receipts as well as important notifications to wash subscription plan members. Sites can use this to help retain plan members and reduce churn. Important: This add-on feature requires email and SMS services. Sites should contact their sales representative for information about adding this feature.
  • The tunnel entrance terminal Wash Queue panel's visual wash queue now includes the ability to view and manage the entire wash queue. Sites can fully manage the wash queue, by applying retracts to a vehicle or sending a vehicle, regardless of the queue length or a vehicle's queue position.
  • Employee management and configuration in Patheon Portal now provides the ability to delete an employee.
  • The Patheon Portal apply configuration changes to site group(s) feature is enhanced to include the site operation schedule. Sites can quickly, and simply, update the operating schedule for multiple sites that belong to the same group as the site whose schedule is being edited.
  • Site group filtering is now available for the following reports: Operations Activity Report, Credit Card Report, XPT Cash Audit Report, General Sales Report, and Plan Customer Detail Report. Organizations can use this feature to generate these reports for one site group or multiple groups.
  • Product, plan, and discount configuration now allow a price/value setting of $0.00.
  • The cashier terminal's Customers panel and Sales History panel now include the ability to search for a customer or sale by the last 4 digits of a payment card.
  • The kiosk terminal license plate search function is enhanced to display exact matches (of at least 3 characters) at the top of the search results.
  • Sites can now open the Patheon knowledge base directly from the Help link in Patheon Portal in a (new) web browser tab.
  • The Data API add-on feature now includes house accounts endpoints. Organizations can use this feature to get a house account or list of house accounts.
  • General bug fixes.

Customers

Patheon now supports the ability to generate email and SMS customer receipts and notifications

  • Patheon now supports the ability to configure and send SMS and/or email customer receipts as well as notifications to wash subscription members for plan renewal reminders, successful plan renewals, plan suspension endings, failed plan renewals, new plan welcome messages, and plan renewal card expiration reminders. Important: This add-on feature requires email and SMS services. Sites should contact their sales representative for information about adding this feature.

Data API

Data API feature now includes house account endpoints

  • Use the data API feature to get a house account by its ID, or get a list of all house accounts according to parameters such as restricted products or wash packages.

Employees

Employee management and configuration in Patheon Portal now provides the ability to delete an employee

  • In prior releases, employees can be deactivated (and subsequently reactivated if desired). In this release, employees can now also be permanently deleted. Use the new employee profile function to more efficiently control system access for former employees.

Patheon Portal

Site-level configuration changes to a site operation schedule can now be applied to all sites that belong to the same site group(s)

Product, plan, and discount configuration now allow a price/value setting of $0.00

  • Sites can now set the price/value of a product, plan, or discount in Patheon Portal to $0.00.

POS - Cashier

The cashier terminal's Customers panel and Sales History panel now include the ability to search for a customer or sale by the last 4 digits of a payment card

POS - Kiosk

The kiosk terminal's license plate search function now prioritizes results by relevance

  • The license plate search function is enhanced to display exact matches (of at least 3 characters) at the top of the search results.

POS - Tunnel Entrance

The tunnel entrance terminal's visual wash queue now includes the ability to view and manage all vehicles in the queue

  • The tunnel entrance terminal's Wash Queue panel now includes left and right queue navigation functions to move forward and backward through the entire queue, regardless of the number of vehicles in it. Regardless of a site's queue length, every vehicle in the queue can be viewed and managed - apply retracts or send a vehicle - even from the very last queue position.

The ability to generate a paginated report by site group(s) is now available for all paginated reports
