The Insights 2.0 dashboard feature is a web-based reporting tool that allows wash operators to monitor up-to-the-moment statistics for their locations from Patheon Portal, desktop web browsers, and mobile devices. On-site management staff are no longer restricted to a back office - they can roam the site, or the world, with the data they need to make informed decisions from any internet-connected device.

Get Started
Existing Patheon users (with the required user role permission) can begin using Insights 2.0 by opening it from within Patheon Portal or directly from their phone; users who prefer to access it from their phone can even install a shortcut to it.

Yes. The original Insights dashboards are still available in Patheon Portal.

Insights 2.0 dashboards are available on three platforms: Patheon Portal, mobile devices (insights.drb.com), and desktop computer standalone web browsers (insights.drb.com). Regardless of the platform, users sign in with their Patheon Portal username and password. Permission to access the Insights 2.0 dashboards requires an employee role with the Insights Access permission enabled.

The sales data in the Insights 2.0 dashboards comes from the Patheon database. The labor data is a combination of Patheon sales data and labor integration data (ADP or Deputy).

Insights 2.0 dashboard data is near real-time. It reflects a 15-minute delay, so that the data can be processed and accurately rendered in the dashboards.

Yes. The Insights 2.0 dashboard is a progressive web app that can be installed on Android and iOS devices. However, it is not available from the Google Play store or the Apple App store.

The Insights 2.0 labor integration is included with Patheon, so there are no additional Patheon costs. Organizations may incur additional costs to access the labor solutions provider's API. Organizations should consult their labor solutions provider for more information.

No. Patheon doesn’t have a timeclock. A timeclock is available through ADP and Deputy.

No. The labor integration doesn't include the ability to integrate a labor solutions provider's timeclock in Patheon, so that employees can clock in and out in Patheon.

Employees clock in and out using an organization's selected labor software provider's (ADP or Deputy) timeclock. The labor integration will then pull the labor data to the Insights 2.0 dashboards.

No. The Labor Dashboard provides an overview of employees currently clocked in, hours they've worked today, hours they've worked for the week, any overtime accrued, and the days they're out for the week. For a more comprehensive time sheet for payroll, organizations should use their labor software to retrieve that information and process payroll.

The labor integration pulls the labor data from an organization's labor software provider's API, and then displays it in the Insights 2.0 dashboards.

The labor integration is enabled at the organization level, so it includes all sites. This means it can't be disabled, or turned off, for a specific site or select group of sites.

No. Only one labor software can be used with an organization's labor integration. Therefore, only sites that use the labor software configured for the labor integration will have labor data in the dashboard.

Yes. A site can create custom labor (and sales) data dashboards outside Insights 2.0 with the optional Patheon data API feature. Organizations will need to work with their labor solution provider and a third-party reporting/dashboard platform.

Historical SiteWatch Data
Understanding past performance is essential for future success. For sites that migrate from SiteWatch to Patheon, Insights 2.0 includes SiteWatch Historical Data Dashboards to improve business continuity and visibility. These dashboards provide access to the last 12 months of SiteWatch data generated prior to your Patheon conversion, featuring multi-site operational metrics, plan usage, performance, churn, and sales data comparisons before and after the Patheon migration. By leveraging this historical data, operators can make informed decisions and drive towards greater success.
- Summarized Historical Data: Access static data from the last 12 months of SiteWatch usage. This data can be viewed by all sites, individual sites, and specific months for detailed insights.
- Summarized Detailed Sales: Compare sales data pre- and post-Patheon migration. Analyze metrics such as car count, single wash sales revenue, unlimited and prepaid plan performance, total car count and total money received.
- Summarized Multi-Site Operational Metrics: Evaluate key historic operational metrics across multiple sites, including total car count per site, revenue per wash and plan-specific metrics, like prepaid redeems and unlimited plan washes.
- Summarized Labor Stats: Track essential labor statistics from SiteWatch to optimize efficiency with Patheon, including cars per labor hour, labor cost per car, labor percentage, and sales per labor hour.
